Terms and Conditions of the Bicycle Rental 

The bicycle rental service is provided by Revelo Mallorca. Revelo Mallorca is the owner of the rental bicycles and of the equipment listed in this rental agreement. To ensure proper use of the bicycles and equipment, and to guarantee that each user behaves responsibly and has the best possible experience, the renter agrees to the following:

  1. To be responsible for the care and return of the bicycle and accessories (locks, helmet, keys, etc.). Bicycles will be inspected at the time of delivery. They must be returned in the same condition as when rented. The user will be held responsible for any damage caused. In case of theft or loss of the bicycle or equipment, the user agrees to reimburse Revelo Mallorca for the full value of the lost/stolen item(s).
  2. The user understands and agrees to comply with local traffic laws and regulations, and is responsible for any damage caused (to themselves or to third parties) as a result of any accident occurring while using the bicycle.
  3. Revelo Mallorca is not liable for any type of claim. In the event of theft, the renter must pay the full value of the bicycle.
  4. A photo of the renter’s ID or driver’s license will be taken.
  5. No refunds will be issued for early returns before the time stated in the rental agreement.
  6. Late returns of the bicycle(s) will incur a fee based on the corresponding rental rate.
  7. A deposit of €100 will be required and will be refunded upon return of the bicycle, provided no damage is found to the bicycle or any of the accessories provided.
